What We're Building
We started Golden because we kept seeing the same pattern: great people spending their days assembling dashboards instead of discovering insights. Dozens of clicks to answer one question. Years of training to build something useful. AI bolted on top of fundamentally unchanged software, adding another button to an already crowded interface.
Golden is different. We built it around AI from the start. Instead of starting with a blank screen, you see interesting patterns immediately. Instead of building every chart manually, you describe what you want. Instead of assembling dashboards piece by piece, you focus on the questions that matter. The analyst stays in control. The software does the tedious work.

If something needs fixing, you don't wait for permission. We use AI every day internally—to write code, design, analyze ideas, and eliminate busywork. We'd rather spend time solving interesting problems than repeating mechanical ones. And we don't have a lot of rules, because rules aren't what make a company great. People are.

Where We Work
We like being together. Working through hard problems in the same room, building on each other's energy, staying close to the product—that's how we move fast and stay connected. Most of us work from our Bellevue office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible. We're in the office as a default, but work from home if that works better for you that day. We don't track badge swipes. We track whether great work is happening. And we cover your parking—one less thing to think about.
Most roles are onsite in Bellevue with flexibility. Some Sales roles are hired fully remote, on purpose—our salespeople connect locally with customers. If that's the role, we'll say so clearly in the job description.
