How does the trial work?
You get full access to all Enterprise features for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose to continue on a paid plan or cancel.
Is there a free plan?
No. Golden Analytics starts at $24/user/month on the Team plan with an annual subscription ($30/user/month if you do a monthly subscription). You can try the full product free for 14 days — no credit card required.
Do you charge per query, or per AI call?
No. Pricing is per seat. We do not charge per query or per AI call. That's it.
Can I bring my own LLM key?
No. We use a collection of LLM's and models. Golden takes care of optimizing for the specific use cases and capabilities of the models.
Do agents see all my data?
No. We look at the schema of your data, statistics, and a sample of the dataset. We do not train on your data. We do not send your data to LLMs.
Is Golden Analytics secure? What compliance certifications do you have?
Golden Analytics is currently pursuing SOC 2 certification. In the meantime, we follow industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and secure infrastructure. What happens when my trial ends?
Your data and work are preserved for 30 days. You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused — nothing is deleted immediately.
